Do you accept Refunds and Returns?
Currently, with the store only being run by one person, I’m afraid the answer is no. Eventually however, this will hopefully change in the future.

Refunds will never be accepted for jewellery, underwear and pyjama brief sets due to the nature of the product, but eventually there will be an option to return clothes. This should be in action soon.

For now however, please ensure you are ordering the right item and size before placing your order. If you are unsure of sizing or product information please email sailorsdreamxo@hotmail.co.uk BEFORE you place your order. I am always happy to answer any questions at all before you make your order, so feel free to get in touch and I will reply as quickly as possible.

Do you ship Worldwide, and how much is it?
Yes, we will ship anywhere in the world! Within the United Kingdom shipping is £2, and for the rest of the world it is £3. These are fixed prices so no matter how much you choose to order, this shipping cost will remain the same.
How long will it take to receive my item?
I ask that all UK customers allow 14 days for their order to arrive, and international customers slightly longer, before contacting me regarding their order. This is due to Sailor's Dream xo. just being run by one person, as things can get pretty busy with a large volume of orders! This is not my full time job, but I do aim to ship everything as fast as possible, and this is usually within 2-3 days. Thank you for your considersation :)

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
